1. Who operates this site

The site is operated by Elite Mortgage LLC, a licensed mortgage broker. Company NMLS #2339191. Arizona Mortgage Broker License [VERIFY-DIFI]. Office: 1874 S Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364. 2. What we do and do not do

Elite Mortgage LLC is a licensed mortgage broker, not a lender or bank. We do not make loans. We take your request, work with wholesale lenders, and help you apply with one of them.

  • Any rate, payment, or cost quoted on this site or before a written Loan Estimate is an estimate only. Actual terms depend on your credit, income, the property, the loan program, and market conditions when you lock.
  • Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Only a lender can approve a loan, and any approval will come in writing.
  • Information on this site is general. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
  • Elite Mortgage LLC is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for HUD, FHA, VA, USDA, or any other government body. References to those programs describe loan types, not a relationship with the agency.

3. Eligibility and the information you give us

You must be at least 18 years old to submit the form. By submitting it you confirm that:

  • The information you entered is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • The phone number you gave is your own and you are its regular user. If the number changes hands, you will tell us.
  • You are submitting the request for yourself, not for someone else without their permission.

Submitting the form is not a loan application. If you go forward, you will complete a separate application and provide documents to verify your information.

4. Calls and text messages

By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that Elite Mortgage LLC may contact you by phone and text message at the number you provided, as described in the consent wording next to the box. Text messages are sent under our program "Elite Mortgage Updates." Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

5. Electronic communications and e-signature

By using this site and checking a consent box, you agree to receive notices and disclosures from us electronically, by email, text, or on this site. Checking a box on our form is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a signature on paper.

The full E-SIGN disclosure, including how to get paper copies, update your email address, or withdraw electronic consent, is provided when you start the loan application. You need a device with a current browser and a working email address.

6. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, and design of this site belong to Elite Mortgage LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, use another person's phone number or identity, scrape or harvest data from the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.

8. Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control, including Google reviews and maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Reviews are written by third parties and reflect their own experience.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and current but do not promise it is complete, error-free, or always available. Rates and programs change without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elite Mortgage LLC and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law, or your rights under federal or Arizona consumer-protection and lending laws.

11. Governing law and venue

Arizona law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts in Yuma County, Arizona, and you agree to that venue.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
