These terms cover the text-message program "Elite Mortgage Updates." By opting in you agree to them. They work together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Program name and sender

Program name: Elite Mortgage Updates. Messages are sent by Elite Mortgage LLC, a licensed mortgage broker. Company NMLS #2339191. Arizona Mortgage Broker License [VERIFY-DIFI]. Office: 1874 S Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364.

What we send

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Elite Mortgage LLC about:

• Updates on your mortgage inquiry, such as follow-up questions or next steps
• Rate news
• Loan offers
• Appointment reminders

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

How you opted in

You joined this program by checking the text-message consent box on the form at https://www.elitemortgageaz.com. The box is unchecked by default; you have to tick it yourself. The consent wording shown next to the box explains what you are agreeing to.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You can work with Elite Mortgage LLC without agreeing to receive texts.

We keep a record of your consent, including the date and time, the IP address and device used, the page you were on, and the consent wording you agreed to. We retain these records for at least 4 years.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

You can also opt out by calling (928) 597-8122 or emailing Info@elitemortgageaz.com. Opting out of texts does not affect a loan request already in progress; we will simply contact you another way.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported by major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Delivery may vary by carrier and location.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are used only to run this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

Other things to know

• You must be 18 or older and the account holder or regular user of the phone number you gave us.
• If you change or give up your phone number, tell us so we can stop sending messages to it.
• We may end or change the program at any time. If we do, this page will be updated and the effective date changed.
• Any dispute about this program is governed by Arizona law, with venue in Yuma County.
